What does the 'T' at end of nuvi 1490T stand for? This model included traffic updates as standard, you can upgrade a non 'T' model by purchasing the GTM 36 FM Traffic Receiver which includes a combined in-car charger. The LMT version includes Lifetime Map updates and Lifetime Traffic Updates too. All accessories below fit both models - nuvi 1490T, and 1490LMT.
