Garmin Handheld/Outdoor Lanyard Carabiner

Free up your hands, while keeping your Garmin handheld/outdoor GPS unit within easy reach when using this lanyard carabiner. Specifically designed by Garmin for use with a variety of different Garmin handheld devices, the Lanyard Carabiner can be attached to any hook, loop, jacket or bag.

For example you may be skiing or rock climbing and wish to have your compatible Garmin handheld unit attached to your climbing gear or front rucksack strap etc. Using the Lanyard Carabiner mount you can do exactly that. For hiking/walking the alternative Garmin Swivel Belt Clip may be more suitable?

To use the Garmin lanyard carabiner, simply attach by sliding one part of the clip onto the reverse of your compatible Garmin GPS system, while the other simply clips via a carabiner to any thing you wish to attach it to.

An alternative to buying the Lanyard Carabiner is the Garmin swivel belt clip (pictured left). The swivel belt clip works with the same Garmin models as the Lanyard Carabiner, but rather then featuring a Lanyard Carabiner, the alternative version features a belt clip instead. The belt clip version is better suited for attaching your device directly to your belt or the top of a pocket.
