Product Code: MIVJ756DS

Mio MiVue J756DS Front and Rear Wi-Fi GPS Dash Cam

The Mio MiVue J756DS is a front and rear dash cam pairing. The front camera records Full HD 1080p at 30fps (with a 720p/30fps option) and the MiVue T35 rear camera records Full HD 1080p at 30fps, both via an F1.8 aperture and Sony's high quality STARVIS CMOS sensor for strong low-light performance.

The MiVue J756DS front camera has a discreet design, mounting behind the rearview mirror on an angle-adjustable QuickClick mount that keeps the camera out of your eyeline.

The MiVue J756DS is bundled with SmartBox III as standard, enabling 2-in-1 Parking Mode: Passive Powered Parking Mode for impact detection only, and Smart Parking Mode for motion and impact detection.

In place of a battery, the MiVue J756DS uses a built-in supercapacitor. This is more temperature-resistant than a traditional battery and protects your last recording if power to the dash cam is cut.

Integrated Wi-Fi allows video backup to the MiVue Pro app and over-the-air firmware and safety camera updates, while integrated GPS provides Smart Alert speed camera warnings and Average Speed Camera Alert, calculating your remaining time, distance and average speed through average-speed zones.

The Mio MiVue J756DS is a dual-camera dash cam pairing, combining the front camera with the MiVue T35 rear camera. Power to the rear camera is via a cable provided in the box, which also sends video to be recorded to the front camera unit.

Integrated GPS records your route so you can track it on a computer, storing your speed, altitude, longitude, latitude and heading. Speed cameras are alerted to as well as speed limits, so you will always know the road speed limit.

Both the front camera and the MiVue T35 rear camera record in Full HD 1080p at 30fps, using an F1.8 aperture and Sony's STARVIS CMOS sensor for strong low-light performance, with a 140-degree wide-angle view front and rear.

A 3-axis G-sensor captures footage automatically when an impact is detected, and the MiVue dash cam automatically stores and protects the crucial video from being overwritten.

The Mio MiVue J756DS microSD card should be Class 10, U3 or V30 (or above), up to 256GB. A microSD card is not included in the box.

Clear images even in low-light conditions

Designed with Sony's high-quality STARVIS CMOS, the Mio MiVue J756DS front and rear cameras produce footage with superb contrast, clear and rich colours, even in low-light conditions. High video quality is quintessential, whether you want the footage to record memories to stay with you forever or to share with your insurance company for a claim.

Record at all times with Parking Mode

The Mio MiVue J756DS is bundled with SmartBox III as standard, enabling 2-in-1 Parking Mode. Passive Powered Parking Mode provides impact detection only, while Smart Parking Mode adds motion detection as well as impact detection, so the MiVue J756DS can automatically activate and record when your parked vehicle is disturbed. Please note: a built-in supercapacitor replaces a traditional battery, offering better temperature resistance and protecting the last recording if power is cut.

Integrated high-speed Wi-Fi

The Mio MiVue J756DS features integrated high-speed Wi-Fi, enabling fast video backup to the MiVue Pro app as well as over-the-air firmware and safety camera database updates, without needing to remove the memory card.

GPS Safety Camera Warnings

Integrated GPS provides Smart Alert speed camera warnings for fixed and mobile safety cameras.

Please note: Safety camera database excludes France, Germany, Switzerland and Turkey.

MiVue Pro App

The MiVue Pro App is designed for use with the Mio MiVue J756DS. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once installed on your compatible smartphone, it connects to your Mio MiVue J756DS via Wi-Fi connectivity for fast, cable-free transfers of your videos.

When an incident happens, the Mio MiVue J756DS automatically saves the file to the event folder and sends footage to the MiVue Pro app in real-time via Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi video backup uses point-to-point transmission technology, so it will not consume your 3G, 4G or 5G data).

Within the MiVue Pro App, click "Live View" to adjust the horizontal level of the camera before installation. Videos are categorised by date and type (Normal, Event and Parking folders), and the front and rear footage recorded by the Mio MiVue J756DS is backed up to the MiVue Pro app synchronously.

If the backup is interrupted, for example by an incoming call, simply reopen the MiVue Pro App. It will resume the transfer from where it stopped.

Change the settings and format the memory card of the Mio MiVue J756DS directly through your smartphone. You can also use your compatible smartphone to download and update the firmware, speed camera data and voice versions without having to remove the memory card (downloading data will use your mobile data allowance). Please note: the update settings may vary depending on the different Mio dash cam models.

Average Speedcam Alert

Mio MiVue J756DS shows the distance and time (seconds) to a speed camera location, and also provides the speed limit and average speed of the interval.

Please note: Safety camera and speed camera alerts are not active in France, Germany, Switzerland and Turkey.
