Mio MiVue 600 dash cam records in Full HD at 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second. The screen is sized 2.3-inch. The view of the road ahead is 140 degrees enabling you to capture all events in the view of the front of your vehicle. There is also a 3-axis G-Force sensor that is used to save recorded video once a high G-Force is recorded; video will be saved before, during and after the high G-Force is detected.

The lens used is F2.0 resulting in good quality recording in low light conditions such as driving at night. You can also take photos with this Mio dash cam. There is also a built-in battery meaning you can take photos anywhere. The Mio dash cam can be used to record incidents on the road or scenic landscapes to share with insurance companies or friends and family.

The Mio MiVue 600 is a dashboard camera that records in Full HD 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second. The screen size is 2.3-inch for playback of video. There is a 140 degree wide-angle lens that will record events in the road ahead or simply record scenic landscapes along your journey. You can use the recorded video to prove who was at fault during an incident or share scenery along your route with friends and family.

If you would like a dash cam with Parked Mode for recording when your vehicle is parked using motion detection we recommend the Mio MiVue 658 Touch or Mio MiVue 658 Touch Wifi.

The Mio 600 starts recording when you start your car or you can choose to have the unit 'always on' in vehicles with a constant power supply.

There is a 3-axis G-Force sensor that will record impacts and heavy braking. When a large G-Force is detected, the dash cam will save the video before, during and after then incident. You will then be able to use the stored video to protect you no claims bonus on your vehicle insurance by having proof of what occured so you can prove the accident was not your fault.

The Mio MiVue 600 will record in Full HD while maximising the recording capacity. There is also a bright F2.0 lens resulting in brighter and clearer videos even in low light conditions.

As well as recording video the MiVue 600 has a camera for taking photos. This Mio 600 dash cam has a built-in battery enabling you to take photos anywhere to use as evidence at the scene of an incident or just take scenic photos.

There is a rotating mount design that rotates to take video from the direction of your choice.

Mio MiVue Manager allows you to quickly browse through videos by type and date for quick searching. There is also a speed control to browse through videos. In addition you can view G-Force data recorded by the MiVue 600 which is sycronised with the recorded video when you play back the video. The videos can then be shared on social media websites such as YouTube and Facebook. One of the most useful features is the ability to view your journey on Google Maps using GPS technology so when an incident occurs you will know the GPS location and be able to view it on Google Maps.

Installation

Because the Mio MiVue 600 has an internal rechargable battery you can choose to locate it cable-free behind the rear view mirror, which also helps to ensure the highest quality recordings and does not obstruct your view of the road ahead. Alternatively, you can use the included car charger to power the in car camera device. A windscreen mounting bracket is also provided.

MiVue Manager Compatibility

MiVue Manager is a tool for you to view the videos recorded on your MiVue 600 recorder on a PC computer or Mac Computer. The Mio MiVue software can be downloaded from the Mio Service website.
