Take your group riding experience to the next level by adding the Garmin zumo XT Group Ride Tracker to your Garmin zumo XT motorcycle sat nav. Once installed on your motorbike, the Group Ride Tracker lets you share your live location, send pre-defined messages (such as "On my way" or "Meet me here"), share live route tracking, and create or join group rides with up to 20 other riders - all within a 2-4 mile radius.

A wireless headset can also be paired with the Garmin zumo XT to transmit your voice over the radio, making communication with your group even easier on the move.

The Group Ride Tracker operates on VHF radio frequencies, so no mobile phone signal or data connection is needed. Range varies depending on terrain and line-of-sight conditions. Typical performance examples:

‣ Dense wooded areas: 0.25-0.75 miles
‣ Sand dunes: 1-2 miles
‣ Open countryside / grassland: 2-4 miles

The Garmin zumo XT Group Ride Tracker includes a high-current hardwire power cable and a larger motorcycle mount with VHF antenna connection. These replace the Garmin zumo XT Motorcycle Wiring Harness and Garmin zumo XT motorcycle mount bracket supplied with the original zumo XT purchase. There are two mounting options for fitting the Garmin zumo XT Group Ride Tracker onto your motorbike's handlebars:

Option 1 - Garmin zumo XT Handlebar Mount Kit

The universal Handlebar Mount Kit (pictured right) clamps to your bike's handlebars and acts as the base onto which the Group Ride Tracker mounting bracket then attaches. Option 2 - Garmin zumo XT Tube Bike Mount

The universal Tube Mount Kit (pictured right) offers an alternative handlebar attachment and also provides the base onto which the Group Ride Tracker mounting bracket attaches - ideal if the standard handlebar mount kit doesn't suit your bike's setup.
