The highly accurate Garmin GPS 24x HVS NMEA 0183 position receiver/antenna provides 10 Hz update rates for position, velocity and time data. It offers high-sensitivity reception and enhanced position acquisition to the Garmin family of marine multifunctional displays (MFD), instrument display and autopilots.

Utilising multi-band GNSS system the Garmin GPS 24x HVS NMEA 0183 antenna provides precise location accuracy* to within 1 metre to compatible marine multifunction displays, instrument displays and autopilots. GPS 24xd provides access to four key global navigation satellite systems (GPS, Galileo**, GLONASS and BeiDou**) to more accurately track in challenging conditions than GPS alone.

In addition the GPS 24x antenna features a Magnetic Heading sensor. The magnetic heading sensor provides accuracy to within 3 degrees, stabilising charts, radar overlay and MARPA even at slow speeds.

Finally, built-in Multi-SBAS compatibility corrects signal measurement errors and provides information about the accuracy, integrity, continuity and availability of its signals.

The Garmin GPS 24x HVS NMEA 0183 antenna is a waterproof (IPX7) sensor and can be pole mounted or flush mounted. It also can be attached to the underside of many fiberglass decks for added ease of installation.
