We offer UK, Europe and Worldwide deliveries. We despatch orders at 5.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We need to receive your order on those days by 4.30pm. ActiveGPS is a Road Angel Authorised Reseller for the Road Angel Pure One

The new Road Angel Pure One provides alerts to fixed speed camera locations, mobile speed camera locations and average speed camera locations all via the Road Angel Cloud database. In addition the Road Angel Pure One also provides road speed limits via an extension Road Speed Library.

When approaching a speed camera location the Road Angel Pure One provides you with key information including your vehicles' speed via on-screen digital speedometer, speed camera or enforced road speed limit and countdown distance to the camera in metres.

The Road Angel Pure One also has the ability to be programmed with an overspeed alert. Simply set a speed limit you don't want to drive above e.g. 60mph and if you do stray over the Road Angel Pure One with swiftly alert you that you've crept over the limit that you've set with audioable and on-screen alerts.

Unlike other speed camera detectors available to buy that require you to phyiscally connect the speed camera detector to your computer via USB cable to download the latest speed camera updates. The Road Angel Pure One ultilises an built-in SIM card to provide real-time updates when you need them most - when and while you are driving. Please note: a monthly or annual subscription is required to access real-time live updates, please see 'Speed camera locations and other data subscription charges'.

Smart Motorway and Lane Closures

When subscribed to either the Road Angel Advance plan or Complete Plus plan the Road Angel Pure One will receive direct connectivity with the UK's Highways England Agency. Once connected the Road Angel Pure One will provide you with extra protection and information while using the UK Smart Motorway network with real-time temporary speed limit changes and active lane closures both on the screen of your Road Angel Pure One.

Red-Light and Bus Lane Cameras

In addition to providing alerts to speed camera locations, the Road Angel Pure One will also provide advanced alerts to bus lane and red light cameras.

Plug and play mounting

The Road Angel Pure One is fully portable designed for plug-and-play use between vehicles or simply moved between the windscreen and glove compartment of your car when not in use.

The Road Angel Pure One is powered via your vehicles' cigarette ligher socket and includes an cigarette llighter adaptor and USB cable to power the Road Angel Pure One. To mount the Road Angel Pure One a magnetic dash mount is included as standard in the box.

SIM GSM and Wireless Over the Air "WOTA" Firmware updates

Fixed and mobile speed camera locations updated as you drive. A SIM card is embedded into the Road Angel Pure One and pre-activated for live connectivity through the mobile network with Road Angel's newly upgraded server infrastructure, providing live subscription data based upon your subscription package*.

Road Angel Pure One features wireless update ability, this is to ensure the Road Angel Pure One can be updated wirelessly for your convenience. To download the latest firmware updates simply ensure a Wi-Fi connection is available for your Road Angel Pure One and away you go.

1. Essential - basic plan with live data for fixed and mobile speed camera locations

3. Complete Plus - 3 years worth of access to all alerts and all benefits that the Road Angel Pure One offers
Price: £349.99 for 36 months (3 years).

Updates to this product are via the internet. At this product page we state compatibility with specific versions of current internet connection devices, for example: PC, laptop, MAC, smartphone etc. The Consumer Contract Regulations allow you 14 days, from receipt of purchase, to check compatibility with your internet connection device/s. If you choose to replace or update your PC, MAC etc. neither we nor the manufacturer will be responsible if the new/replacement Operating System (OS) is not compatible with the purchased product.

Question: I'm interested in buying pure road angel one detector, I have a question, if I pass a mobile speed man and it doesn't send an alert on the unit . Can I add the position of the speed camera on my unit as a point of interest? I use to have a Cheetah and I could save my own sites. Is this possible on the RA?

Answer: Yes, the Road Angel Pure One speed camera detector has an inbuilt Sim Card and Data Package from EE to allow the Pure One to connect to the Road Angel Cloud (subscription required). Once subscribed the live feature enables you and other Road Angel users with a connected device to report and receive mobile speed camera locations in real-time.
