The Navman F50 also provides real-time traffic updates in the UK and handsfree calling via the B2+ module, when used with a compatible Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone. The Navman F50 also includes speed camera locations and is pre-loaded with the latest speed camera database.

The Navman F40 Europe satellite navigation system is pre-loaded with 21 Western European mapping and features Bluetooth handsfree mobile phone calling, antiglare 3.5" colour touch screen, points of interest, advanced motorway navigation and dedicated buttons to find the nearest petrol station or car park - ideal when you’re somewhere unfamiliar. The Navman F40 Europe also features a full 8-digit UK postcode searches with 2D and 3D moving maps.

The Navman F40 Europe also includes the B2 module which provides Bluetooth connectivity with compatible mobile phones providing the ability to pair your mobile phone to the Navman F40 Europe for safer, in-vehicle hands-free mobile telephone calls. The Navman F40 Europe B2 module simply connects onto the suction mounting bracket.

The Navman F40 Europe is pre-loaded with the Navman UK speed camera database. The latest safety camera data is fully integrated with the Navman F40 Europe. Colour coded speed camera icons are displayed on the Navman F40 Europe so you can easily recognise the type of speed camera on your route. You can also select your proximity range allowing you to decide when you should be alerted of an approaching speed camera.

Installation

The Navman F40 Europe has been designed to be Plug and Play, and as such can be transferred from vehicle to vehicle with ease by the user. The Navman F40 Europe is powered with a 12-volt adaptor cable in-car (supplied) and attaches to your vehicles windscreen via the Navman F40 Europe suction mounting bracket which is also included.

The Navman F40 Europe B2 Module which provides safer, hands-free calling using the Bluetooth technology in your mobile phone, simply connects onto the suction mounting bracket.

Speed Camera Subscription

The Navman F40 Europe includes speed camera locations pre-loaded. Subscribe to monthly updates of speed camera locations for the United Kingdom. Subscription to the Navman UK speed camera database is priced at £24.95 for 1 year or £49.90 for 3 years. The Navman Western European speed camera database is priced at £29.95 for 1 year.

Map Coverage

The Navman F40 Europe works with Tele Atlas Maps to provide detailed street level maps of 21 Western European countries. Tele Atlas Maps provide high quality, detail rich maps, which in addition to street information include features such as route calculation, Points of Interest, Estimated Time of Arrival, and more.

The following countries are pre-installed on the Navman F40 Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City.

Further Navman F40 maps are available SD card which insert directly into the Navman F40 Europe. Available Navman F40 Europe maps include, Eastern Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Navman F40 Accessories
