Upgrade your Garmin zumo XT2 with the Group Ride accessorory. Once installed on your motorbike and connected to your Garmin Tread Group Ride Tracker enables you to share your location, send pre-defined messages e.g. "On my way", "Meet me here", etc. You can also share live route tracking and create and join group rides with up to 20 other Garmin zumo XT2 or Garmin Tread sat nav users also using the Group Ride accessory within a 2-4 mile radius.

The Garmin Tread Group Ride Tracker uses VHF radio frequencies, no mobile phone coverage is needed. Range performance varies based on the terrain and other line-of-sight limits. Below are some examples of typical perfomance:

‣Sand dunes - 1-2miles
‣Open countryside / grass land - 2-4miles
