Mount your Garmin nuvi 2240 sat nav on your vehicle windscreen or dashboard using this genuine Garmin accessory.

Using the suction cup mount enables you to mount your Garmin nuvi 2240 to your windscreen. Alternatively using the dashmount disc together with the suction cup mount enables you to mount on top of your dashboard.

Garmin nuvi 2240 Vehicle Mount

Mount your Garmin nuvi 2240 sat nav securely on your vehicles windscreen. The Garmin nuvi 2240 suction cup mount also includes the genuine Garmin cradle in which your Garmin nuvi 2240 clips into.

Mounting options

Included with the purchase is a windscreen suction cup mount which affixes directly and firmly to your vehicles windscreen, thanks to the snap close design.

In addition an adhesive round dashmount disc is also included when you buy from ActiveGPS. Simply pick a flat area on your vehicles dashboard and attach the mount disc directly onto your vehicles dash top ready for the suction cup mount.

Alternative mounting option

If you are concerned about theft of your Garmin nuvi 2240, or if you'd like a mounting option that doesn't leave any marks on your windscreen and/or dashboard, then the answer is to buy the Garmin nuvi/zumo Portable Friction Mount.

The portable friction mount unlike both the mounting options that are supplied with the Garmin nuvi 2240 suction cup mount, doesn't require suction or adhesive, and therefore doesn't leave any trace when it's not in use.

Instead the portable friction mount is weighted with a non slip base, which is simply placed on your dashboard.

Please note: The cradle is not supplied with the friction mount. To use the portable friction mount with your Garmin nuvi 2240 requires both the portable weighted mount (pictured above left) and the Garmin nuvi 2240 mount cradle. To power and charge your Garmin nuvi 2240 in-car, you will also need to buy the Garmin nuvi 2240 vehicle power cable.
