Garmin BC 40 Wireless Backup Camera

Add a reversing camera to your car, caravan or motorhome by buying the Garmin BC40 wireless reversing camera. Once installed the BC 40 camera system will wirelessly send the images from the BC 40 camera to the screen of your compatible Garmin car sat nav display via WiFi connectivity. When installing the Garmin BC 40 reversing camera onto a caravan, motorhome, camper you might like to consider buying the Garmin BC 40 Camper Mount (pictured right). The Garmin BC 40 camper mount enables you to mount the BC 40 camera in a location other than the number plate.

Quick and easy to install

The BC 40 installs quickly and easily to your vehicle, there is no hard wiring involved. To install simply attach the number plate mount to your vehicle and snap the BC 40 camera into place. An optional mount is also available for mounting the BC 40 camera to the back of a motorhome. For example the number might be located low to the road, the optional BC 40 camera mount enables you to mount the BC 40 camera in a higher position.

Power for up to 3 months via two AA batteries

Unlike earlier reversing camera models e.g. BC 35, the BC 40 doesn't require hardwiring to your vehicles electrical supply. Instead the BC 40 reversing camera is powered by two AA batteries. Garmin recommend using lithium AA batteries and suggest average battery life is 3 months.

Spoken voice control

You can use simple voice commands such as "Show video" to initiate the BC 40 camera view.
