Cyclops Questions and Answers
Question: I've heard from a friend that I can no longer update my Cyclops speed camera detector, can you please confirm if this is true and send me details?
Answer: From Cyclops UK: Yes that is correct, there is an issue affecting the GPS module within the device. We have investigated this at length throughout January and unfortunately the problem was caused when the date changed over to the year 2016. This is beyond our control and we cannot apply a fix to this as it lies within the root design of these legacy devices. The product has been discontinued for many years and unfortunately due to the age of the service and technology there is no solution to this.
