WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) Function Camera The Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) function of the camera is intended to provide clear images even under back light circumstances where intensity of illumination can vary excessively. The WDR allows a camera to filter the intense back light surrounding a subject and thus enhances the ability to distinguish features and shapes on the subject. With traditional CMOS camera technology when a vehicle leaves a tunnel, you will see the background washed out during day time. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) Camera
When you remove the SD card and plug it into the computer (SD card reader required - not included) you can then simply analyse how the accident occurred with the Road Eye software. The Novus Road Eye software allows you to play back the event, collecting vital information about your speed and location. A built in Google map will show you the journey on the road while on playback and will allow you to find your exact location.
